Fully Funded Scholarships 2026
The Fully Funded Scholarship 2026 is an initiative by Ume Fatima Law Associates & Legal & Education Consultancy to support talented Pakistani students in pursuing higher education abroad. Selected students will receive full scholarships to study in Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, the USA, or Malaysia.
The scholarship is open to:
Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/Commerce) students applying for Bachelor’s programs abroad.
Bachelor’s degree holders applying for Master’s programs abroad.
This year’s program offers opportunities in four countries:
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia | 🇺🇿 Uzbekistan | 🇺🇸 USA | 🇲🇾 Malaysia
✅ Yes. The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, and other essential educational expenses as per the terms of the partner universities and sponsors.

1️⃣ Download and fill out the Scholarship Form.
2️⃣ Deposit the application fee of PKR 2500/- through designated banks.
3️⃣ Upload your filled form and challan copy online.
Applications will be accepted from October to December 2025.
No applications will be entertained after the deadline.
All applications will be verified and entered into our system.
In January 2026, a lucky draw will be conducted to select 100 scholarship winners for each country.
Winners will be announced on our official website and social media pages.
Selected students will also receive an official email and phone call from our team.
❌ No, the PKR 2500/- application fee is non-refundable, as it covers processing and administrative costs.
No. Each applicant can only apply for one country and one degree program at a time.
You will need:
Recent passport-size photograph
CNIC or B-Form
Academic transcripts (Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s as applicable)
Fee challan receipt
Passport (if available)
The academic sessions will begin according to the partner universities’ calendars, typically in August–September 2026.
For USA and Malaysia, language proficiency may be required later during university admission.
For Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia, it may not be mandatory initially. Details will be shared with selected students.
Yes, but only if you plan to transfer or start a new degree program under the scholarship guidelines.
